How bout the game locking up for seconds at a time for some unknown reason and randomly crashing so much so I can only play for minutes at a time. (When I say "locking up" I mean the game freezes but eventually starts again. No crash) Do they count?

Add in the mouse sensitivity bug. In menus it keeps the original resolution mouse sensitivity so in game your mouse will go fine. In menus you'll need to drag your mouse from here to china to get the pointer halfway across the screen. Only happens as you go to higher resolutions. Im at 1920x1080 and picking anything in menus is a chore and a half.

I am getting CTD before finishing prologue loading screen. I have tried scaling video options to no avail. Windows gives me following crash info:

It wont allow me to reassign keys on the "mouse & keyboard" when i select duck it wont let me change to anything except a mouse button
 come on man, can we do ports half way right plz |

When playing as a female character the storyline sometimes still refers you as a "he".

4 minutes into the first quest, on the beach, crash to desktop for no reason whatsoever. Happens the first time the game wants to save.

Did anyone else have the move right key binded to LMB instead of D? It makes no sense to have every movement key binded to the traditional WASD setup except for right.
