UK Preload

So i had my friend in the US gift me Space Marine but it's stuck on pre-loading.

Is it fair to say that it should unlock on the 9'th?

I had a friend gift me from Belgium... It won't start until 9th.

And btw it seems the timer is off, I'm in Norway. And according to Steam, Space Marine is unlocked in 4 hours...

We can't even see the time, i have the game preloaded since i ordered it from shopto and they send 2 days early via first class. I'd love to know when it'll actually unlock but i'm greeted with
