One of the best puzzle games ever. Much better than Myst, but not revolutionary for it's time.

Got some heavy bugs. Better wait or give it up.

At $2.50 it's worth taking a chance on.

logged in when I saw this game was on sale.

YES definitely worth it, worth it at full price. (maybe not if WW2 FPS's, or zombie apocalypses are your type of game)

I am an avid puzzler, and had seen some iterations of the puzzles contained in this game before, (especially the introduction puzzles), but I completed it in one night. That isn't to say it was a breeze, it was just captivating, and I spent 10 hours in a row on it. Sadly there was 1 puzzle that I thought warranted a guide (and I stand by that thought today), aside from that it was a 90/100. one of the only games I have finished in the last year.

The game is really worth it if you like puzzles, since that is what the game is all about. If you think that myst, Riven etc. is fun but a bit too mutch searching for stuff around the maps, you'd rather see more puzzles than "world searching", then this is the perfect game.
For me it really is and I really want there to be a sequell, but there probably wont.

I've not encountered the "Heavy Bugs".

I think it's worth it if you love puzzles as i do. I just bought it 3 hours ago as it's on sale, just finished it. Tho don't understand what that document you get to save on your computer in the end are good for. :P

PS. Had to do as lots of others already stated, play it in window mode.

I do like adventure games, I do like puzzle games, and I barely like any of the hundred games released in the past ten years. Now: I like Safecracker, the original one and this one.

This one is simply beautiful. There is a story behind which doesn't matter very much, but the puzzles and the integration with the house reminds me of the old 7th Guest, though of course it is not that difficult. Very fun game - though short. I recommend it for this price.

I bought this in the sale and I agree that it's really good fun. I finished the game within a couple of hours and there's not much replay value, so I wouldn't want to have paid much more. At this price though, I'd say the game is short but sweet
