Exclusive Sewer Missions

I remember there was talk about the certain sewer missions being accessible in the game only to those who pre-ordered the game. This was touted as a good way to give gamers incentive to get the game new as opposed to used later on. Now I saw no mention of this on the pre-order bonuses listed on the Steam store page. I was just wondering if anyone knew what was up with this?
