Can you buy this game anymore?

I wanted a good, solid Chess game on Steam. I heard nothing but bad about Chessmaster: Challenge, which I can easily see on Steam. Then I saw a store page for this that leads nowhere, leading me to believe it's been removed from Steam.

So.. how can one get this anymore?
