Framerate issue

Hello I'd like to know if its normal that my framerate is very low(around 25-30) my computer can take the game according to the specs I have(core i7 920,Nvidia GTX260, 6 Go RAM) even when im playing on low texture the game still have the issue.Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? You have textures on low but what else? You know you're GPU's going to bottleneck with this game especially with some of the other settings on high. I can say that my performance has see-sawed a bit depending on which drivers I used but the latest seem to run the best for me. Be sure to use the driver cleaner utility from guru3d.com when you switch. If your GPU usage is maxed I don't know what else to try

had same issue until i dropped something called "Ubersampling" disable that and game should work like a charm and still look gorgeous. try that
