Can't play online

I'm unable to find any matches whatsoever. Is this a bug with the game, my side, or is it just unpopulated?

The current build has some lobby issues that can require you to restart the title under specific circumstances. We'll be addressing this problem and other related issues as soon as possible so online matches aren't so difficult to find.
