"The item isn't available for your region at this time"

I'm from Argentina and i'm getting that message every time I try to buy the game. I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem or if it will be available tomorrow at release time.
Btw, I would like to know what the release time is.

Same here in Luxembourg.
It's a shame, I'd very much pay for this game !

I think it's the same problem as with Dirt 3. It's a GFWL Game isn't it ? Seems like MS don't want us to buy it over Steam.
