Can someone explain the mechanics of the pondering badges?

Most of the rest make sense but I can't tell if I'm supposed to be pondering for a long or short amount of time, am I trying to raise my speed and lower the average time or am I supposed to just play more and eventually I get it based on time played?

Pondering badges are awarded fpr taking a long time to complete a puzzle. They're the easiest badge to get, really. Start a puzzle, go have a cup of coffee, watch TV for half an hour, come back, complete the puzzle and collect your Pondering badge.

I believe the other badges are awarded according to levels you've played. For example, I got my final badge, the Ultra Progress badge, when I completed Level 100 of the quest mode.

And make sure your game stays as the active window, you can't just shove it in the background.

That did it, I was a little worried when I completed the rest of the badges except pondering. I had only just recieved the silver badge when I realised that pondering were the only ones left.

Game now complete, another game removed from the list
