How do you mute people?

Sometimes its necessary.

But I can't find the options to mute players in general, or within the option there is only a few names, not everyone, not that person that doesn't realize he's talking way too damned much.

Hit escape, go to the communications menu. Find the party you wish to mute listed under the team he is on and select to block his voice and or chat communication.

Great ty, I had gone to the config in the mean time and had just searched for everything with VOIP in it and set it to false or 0, which worked. But the menu in-game makes sense to me now.

Very handy. Ever since VOIP was fixed, people have discovered how to be annoying again, especially since they have the optional VOIP to everyone button (wtf).
