Huge update is Special Edition?

Currently, Steam loads an update for BT,DT! of about 270 MB. Is this the Special Edition that was announced at the dev’s blog? Just curious as it’s four times or so the game’s size than what I remember.

Actually none of these filters seems to work on this laptop. Makes the graphic really weird.
