is this good?

i decided against a laptop and went for upgrading my desktop, it will have an intel quad, a new motherboard, and this

do you think this is good for gmod and common use?

I know that much, but im sick of all my pcs being barly able to RUN the game at all settings as LOW as possible, id like to know if i can for once have all the options set at high

That'll depend on the rest of your system equally. Your processor speed, amount of ram, OS, etc.

The video card, though, looks pretty good.

My specs
Likly to be windows xp, 1.5 gb of ram (ill get more later)
A intel quad proccessor ( i forget its model)

Sure, a little out dated, but i already got the quad and the ram, i just need a mother board, cpu, and graphics ( my current cant even play youtube videos because of problems with flash, so annoying)
