Alien Swarm on a Shared PC with 2 Steam Users

Hi,

My brother and I share the SAME netbook and we have TWO separate Steam Accounts (each with an Alien Swarm license), I wanted to know, if I download Alien Swarm with MY account on the computer and later on my brother logs with HIS steam account on OUR computer, does he have to RE-download Alien Swarm in order to play it OR is Steam intelligent enough to use the already installed one?

Alien Swarm files are stored in steam\steamapps\common directory, so yup, it should work.
