Do the character models reflect the equipment they are currently using?

Hi.

Do the character models reflect the equipment they are currently using, or do they stay/look the same no matter what you have equipped?

I've played the very big demo, and it seems that the characters always stay the same.

Yes, characters will look the same despite what armour you've given them. They will carry whatever weapon you equip them with though.

If the weapons you equip make a visual difference in the way the characters appear, it's better than nothing.

In fact your charcter's sprite is reused for NPCs too.
