Anybody seen a safety car without causing a big crash yourself?

Ive only seen it once when i caused a big crash. The other cars never seem to crash even if its pizzing down.

I didn't. I've seen the safety car once. I span off and the others crashed in to me!

I've NEVER seen one. I'm usually consistent with my driving.
I couldn't even cause one in a outside of career race.

I'm not complaining, because online it would be pathetic.

Never seen one, even to the point that I had to look online and see if it actually was in the game.

It is certainly in the game, I've had it a few times now but it is me that has caused the accident (well others have drove into me) another point is why should I get given a penalty when someone drives into me? Maybe its too hard to code that variable properly.

I've had two safety cars both on lap one of the races at Nurburg and Spa in turn 1. Neither were caused by me.

I've had it once at Monaco. Also, I've seen the AI spin some times, not caused by me.

I've seen ai run into each other and seen 2 spin off without my help. But im still yet to see a safety car. al this happened in practice on a dry track.

That's not fully correct. ive seen them nursing the car back to the pits, losing their frontwing due late braking etc. with me nothing to do with it. No big crashes indeed but they do make mistakes

I finally got a safety car situation at Monaco (which is quite frankly, impossible).

What an unbelievable let down. It's as much fun as standing in the sea with a million hungry piranhas.

Last night I was racing Monaco on my second season( Professional, No TCS, and damage modified at 1.3) My first Career Win.

Pulling like a mad man up the hill and rip around the right-hand bend on the 7th lap of a 20% only to find Glock without a front bumper and spun around. Yellow flags and the safety car pulls out. Liuzzi must have totaled and DNF.

I never used to see this kinda stuff with TCS on. People without crashes need to turn up the difficulty and turn off the assists. I usually see 2-3 major mistakes a races, it's awesome and makes it so much harder, give it a try. I'd recommend using 1.3 damage because it makes it equal to real F1 damage.

Safety car deployed for the first time in Canada today, when Vettel slammed my back while both of us taking the final chicane. I span off but luckily got no serious damage so I carried on fighting hard to get my lost position back then I knew safety car was out for the first time. I got excited a bit but taking that chance I pitted early and came out 8th or 9th. Other cars started pitting in a lap later and I eventually became a race leader and somehow hold that position till the end. It was one of the best race since I started playing this game. Although I lost all my progress and have to start all over again because of the notorious corrupted save! Typical lol.

I had a safety car in Malaysia. Was raining heavily and I think there was a big shunt behind me at the first corner. Had about 3-4 laps with safety car.
