yeah, when you compare it to HDDs. Since that would be crazy, Im doing what most people would do and comparing it to current Sandforce SSD prices.

I question for the experts here: are SSD disks noticeable faster and will I actually see a visible difference in writing/reading speeds, or is it just a "scam" for less educated people?

when it said affordable i was kind of hoping the 480gb would be around 90-100 and the 250 at around 50
