No Support From PlayFirst
I bought Diner Dash: Hometown Hero from Playfirst and it continued to crash over and over. I emailed Playfirst and was told by an automated email that I would hear back from their support team within 2-3 days. Well, its been weeks and I have still not heard back from them after sending several emails. Their support is very poor. I think this is the last time I will buy a game from them. I just thought I'd let everyone know the support is non-existant.
