Call of Pripyat dedicated server files?

I'd like to attempt hosting a US based Call of Pripyat server, anyone around here have the files required to do so by chance?

All the files needed are already included.

> Start the game
> Select Multiplayer
> via Internet
> Login using GameSpy account (or create a new one)
> Once logged in, select SERVER
> Setup the server to your liking. Click the Dedicated box if you want it that way

If you have any mods, you either need to first disable them before running the game (by renaming GAMEDATA folder) or all the clients that connect need to have the same mod files as the server host.
