[Tude] - Pre-Requisite For Shadow Jab?

It's a lvl 30 skill and I'm guessing you also need to be spect into Gauntlet to get it

The game isn't letting me train in it

Is there something I need or is the skill not actually released yet?

You need "Final Step" lv 2
