Any ideas what it actually does?
EDIT: As in, what does it change/modify/mess with? The feedback and description seem to make out that it's some kind of magical fix-em-up, but i'm afraid of getting my hopes up without some idea of what it'll do. Either way, i'll test it out.

Fan-♥♥♥♥ing-tastic.
Tried it out, and it does nothing whatsoever for my framerate, while at the same time making everything look like complete and utter ♥♥♥♥.
On top of this, for some completely ♥♥♥♥ed up reason, it's overwritten my 48% complete save file.

Just sharing what I found on ModDB. Not gonna work for everyone.

If you own an ATI card disable Catalyst A.I. If you have an Nvidia card it has something similar that you will have to disable.

By disabling this feature it will give you smoother FPS.

Most PC games need this enabled but for this port it's best disabled.
