Grid Stuttering and Flickering

Hey all, just wanted to share the info for anyone interested. Was running Grid on Win 7 with my GTX 560 ti. Hadn't played it since I was on my XP install. Anyways, the game was fairly ok while driving but during replays I'd get major slowdown and some shadow flickering at certain parts. Well after messing with the config files and figuring out that wasn't were the solution lay, I made a new Nvidia profile for Grid and started testing out settings.

The problem it turned out was 'Ambient Occlusion'. Just turned it off and the game runs great now. Just thought I might try to save someone from pulling their hair out or giving up on the game.
