appcrash

Howdy all, when i run stronghold the game tries to load, flickers 5 or 6 times then brings up this crash report:

I have latest video drivers, latest directx. Ive tried disabling my second moniter, tried all the redist fixes (found in resources folder)

Not sure what to do now

i7 975 chip
Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7 mobo
Gigabyte ATI 6970
12gb corsair ram
SB X-FI soundcard
