Game is locked at 30FPS, is there a fix?

I've found interesting fps cap fix for L.A. Noire. I was curious if it works in other games. And it does. (:

Look for ArtMoney part.
Launch ArtMoney, Launch CQ, Alt+Tab, Select CQ process, Search - Exact value - 59.98 - Float (standart), Find address that start with 11 or nearest one (10\12) in left part, Click red arrow, Select value (59.98) in right part - Change it on 119.88 and click Enter, Alt+Tab back to game.
