Where did you get the drivers for your card? What type of AMD is that? |

Crazy^Crisp and hAiduZ...
some things you two should think about as you compare scores... Crazy^Crisp paid to have the computer built (and got a warranty) hAiduZ has a lesser CPU overclocked (@2.0GHz), save'n money and running the RAM much faster (225MHz is PC 3600 speeds) giving higher scores Crazy^Crisp is running at stock speeds, if the Winchester was overclocked the CPU scores would go way past hAiduZ's 2 point lead (at 225MHz that CPU would hit 2.4GHz and still could go higher) hAiduZ is running the 6600GT at higher core and mem MHz's and use'n higher version drivers, that can give the 800 point lead easy. Crazy^Crisp paid $200 more for a stronger computer hAiduZ did more with less BattousaiHimura is use'n an Intel, but got $500 video card to make up for it ( get drivers here http://downloads.guru3d.com/ ) |

could someone try HOC for me (as I wont be home and on my computer for 2 more weeks)
you need to have HL2 installed "This is a new program that allows you to benchmark your system with today’s most popular FPS-game, Half-Life 2. The program does not modify any registry-entries or configuration files, so it is completely safe to use. It contains 5 built in demos; you can set filtering methods, resolutions and much much more. You'll notice a few Guru3D.com timedemo's inside this software!" http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=927 |

just joking m8, everyone has their preferences... but i think, if i trade in my 6800 ultra OC for a x800XT PE, i think it would work pretty nicely! (ati works better with direct3d, and most games use that.)
