well..i am just wondering how it can happen that the game gets leaked...anyway they should go hard on these leakers...cause they spoil a lot and its often too tempting not to read/watch |

Why would they release it early and alienate their retail partners? They can't afford that. They need to be able to sell through the retail channel to make a profit, which is why there are street dates in the first place. I imagine if we all bought online, it wouldn't be a problem, but the majority of people doesn't.

what happens to such uploaders, is it more kinda a gentlemens crime for bethesda or will they go all laywer berserk on them with jail and everything (cause if the later i'd really wonder why anyone would risk that for nothing...i mean they didnt even sell it or so...risk jail just to be cool? skinny nerdy guys get ♥♥♥♥♥ the first in prison...)

yeah well it still look's good and won't happen again till the year 3012.
This year was the year of ONE'S 1st of the 1st(january) 2011 = 1/1/11 11th of the first (january)2011 =11/1/11 1st of the 11th (november) 2011=1/11/11 11th of the 11th (November) 2011- 11/11/11 |
