Save Files

I am looking into the PC version of this game and it looks very good. However, it seems like you have only one save file and cannot start a new game without deleting your original. I get this impression because the videos I've seen have shown only a "New Game" and "Continue" option without a File Select screen on the menu. If this is true, is there a file saved on your computer that you can copy and paste back in order to keep your save data?
