Google Chrome SafeSearch gets stuck...

When I search using Google Chrome (Google.com being the search engine), the Safe Search gets stuck. If it is off, I can't put it to moderate or strict. It its in moderate, I can't get it to off or strict. If it is strict, I can't get it to moderate or off.

If I click on the safesearch button, it doesn't show the options. At least not right away but sometimes not at all.

If I use another browser, Google's safesearch do get stuck (no option showing when clicked), but not as bad as when I use Google Chrome.

UPDATE: At least, I have to do several reloads so that the safesearch button works, as well as the "Show More Results" at the bottom of the page.
