Take an alternate path to get behind one of the pairs, and use a few rockets/grenades/meatshots/flames/axtinguishes/backstabs to dispatch one of the Medics. Damage the Heavy as much as you can before he mows you down, and watch your team swarm the injured, Medicless Heavy and his no-longer-regenerating health.

Repeat as needed.

If there are multiple Heavy-Medics in the exact same area, though, then yeah, you should probably just change servers.

I just use my machina with razorback and my tribal shiv because thats a god class and there is nothing wrong with it and boom kill them all.

If you think spy will actually work against 2 or more pairs, and one of them is just a bit competent, you're nuts. NUTS.

Jarate always seems to help me out. Get a Sniper or two and throw some jars at the wave, then get everyone else to let loose. The Medics will drop like flies, leaving the Heavies to fend for themselves.
