GT1: stuck in crystal cave

I've killed everything in there, including the stone boss and probably activated all the traps, too.

Only 3 characters survived. Drake, Avatar and archer girl (Mandy?).

Now, I don't have any option to move forward. Is this a bug and I should start the game over?

i am stuck there as well not because I don't have the option to move forward but when I talk to avatar to move forward my game crashes.

You must collect all crystals.
