Ignite not launching: one solution

The Ignite demo wouldn't launch for me. I'd get a small white window, then a large white window then back to desktop.

For me, it was WindowBlinds. I told WindowBlinds not to skin ignite-demo.exe (Settings/Per Application) and now it works.

I don't use WindowBlinds but there is a way to fix this with similar programs. On the compatibility tab, set the game to disable visual themes and/or desktop composition. With some of the WindowBlinds alternatives, this makes applications launch with the Windows Basic theme.
