Can't Install..

This game can be install..Whats wrong of this ??? It say timeout internet like this...

It's strange mine says that the game is unavailable and to try again later. Mine is actually installed and I've played it once. Strange!

Edit: Nevermind, I restarted Steam and it worked out just fine. Still strange though.

It won't really install for me either. Other downloads go fine, at normal speeds. But GUN will download at between 5 bytes/s and 100 kb/s for about one second every 10 seconds. The rest of the time it just says 0 bytes/s, or sometimes it goes to "suspended" even though I haven't opened up a game.

Really annoying.
