Spinning wheels achievement

Spinning wheels achievement stuck on 28/100, and is no longer adding. What I do?

It looks like it doesn't work with cars giving you a huge bonus for drifting, I have the same problem with Demolition Man right now, my previous car which gave 125% more points didn't add any Demolition man to the counter, I've been trying with another car and they add fine.
