Black Friday for Steam?

Many people are probably looking forward to Black Friday.

However, I can't remember if Steam has ever celebrated Black Friday? Will they do it this year?

They've put a sale on around the 25th of November for the past 2 years, though it wasn't known as a Black Friday sale.

A big sale? Or just small scale one like the daily deal.

I'm not sure Steam would have a "Black Friday" sale because it's an international platform but any kind of sale would be nice.

A virtual trample feature would be awesome though.

They had sales during thanksgiving week last year. Although it's not as big as the summer or Christmas sale it wasn't as small as a daily deal.

It was called the "Steam Give & Get Sale" last year. Every day featured daily deals, many of which were tied to achievements for tickets into a raffle for 100 games. It was a pretty big sale. It wasn't as big as Christmas & Summer Sale, but frankly that's because they made the sales bigger and badder since then.

I'm mostly after Indie games atm so I hope they repeat the idea of cheap packs. Though looking at last years I want about 1 game from each pack lol. Still it kinda works out as 'buy the one you want and get loads of others to try out free'
