Creating Shortcuts to Steam Games

How do I do this? I've looked a long time...I know in the beginning of installing a few games it allowed me to choose it, but I want it for LOTR war in the north..anyone know?

You can always use the .exe in the game's file under steam to create a shortcut. However you'd have to start steam separately if you still want to run it and then you might as well just click play in the steam interface.
