Where are the saves?

I've been playing a bit on my laptop and would like to transfer my city to my PC, but can't find any saves... not even in the 2 folders named "Save."

Does anyone know where they are kept, and if it's possible to transfer between computers?

They're in:

C:\Users\<your name here>\AppData\Local\Focus Home Interactive

If you're using Windows 7.
