Best Demos on Steam?

What are some of the best demos on Steam you have found?

I don't mean just fun gameplay, but I mean a demo that actually gives you time with the game.

For example, I've been playing SpaceChem demo for a few hours now, and I still haven't completed it. It's fun, it doesn't limit me to twenty minutes of playtime, and it's not a huge download.

Demos I DON'T consider fun would be like Beat Hazard where you can play 10 songs, and then you're time is up.

I can only remember one demo, The UnderGarden Demo.
There's also another good one, The Graveyard Trial (this one is a Trial, not a Demo).

Try those.
