Steam Distributed Updates

Are there any programs out there that will cache Steam updates and distribute them out to a LAN? I'm working on an overhaul for a local LAN center that, sadly due to our location, has a bandwidth cap-one that is being unnecessarily hampered by updates.

We're looking for a program that will download the updates to a server, then throw them out to the 20-odd workstations. Anybody know of one?

You'd best be off contacting Steam Support. Alternatively, try asking the Valve Cyber Café Program staff for help:
https://cafe.steampowered.com/

As they may deal with more situations like yours. I haven't checked myself if there's a direct contact option, but it's worth a shot ;-).
