Unable to distribute XP

Hello,
When I go to the character page at the top right corner in order to distribute my XP, I see the + logo, but when I click it, nothing happen. Recently, I leveled up, there was still the + logo, this time I was able to distribute my XP, but I could only distribute 15 of my 30 XP points. And I still see the + logo.
First of all, it's been a while since the last time I played "winter voices", something like 10 months. So I don't remember how the bug happened.
Does it already happened to someone else? How to fix it?

Lorsque je vais sur la page affichant les caractéristiques de mon personnage, je vois le + permettant de distribuer les XP. Mais lorsque je clique dessus rien ne se passe.
Récemment j'ai gagné un niveau et donc je me suis dis que j'allais en profiter pour distribuer tout mes points d'XP. Mais non, cette fois-ci j'ai pu afficher la page permettant de distribuer les points d'XP, mais je n'ai pu en distribuer que 15 sur les 30 que je possédais.
Comme ca fait bientôt 10 mois que je n'ai pas démarré le jeux, je ne me rappelle plus du tout comment j'ai déclencher ce bug.
Que puis-je faire pour réparer celà?
