Crash to desktop due to resolution?

Does this game not like 1366x768 resolution? as the game crashes after starting via steam on this resolution

Uh, you're input is not helpful? I'm trying to get it to run @ 1366x768 but it says iw5mp.exe has stopped working whenever trying to run it @ that resolution in fullscreen. and 1366x768 is my native resolution

What you do when you get this kind of errors is...

Use the default settings or even use lowest graphics settings.

In your case 1366x768 ???

Go to MW3's Video menu and set it on the lower 1024 x 768 resolution.

Does this stop the crashing ?

Setting it anything above 1280x720 makes the game crash, though I want to play on my native resolution (1366x768). and no that website does nothing to help with the crashes

They make us a game and WE must adapt to that. This is how it works these days.

Did you try the widescreen fixer ?

You now can say "I WANT... " but that wont help you.

What kind of hardware do you have (CPU, Video card, etc...), is it capable of running this game at that res?

Lol, getting mad over something very simple...
All I want is help from the community on fixing this problem, not for the developers to help me. Whoever said that I wanted the game to do exactly what I want? You completely threw it in the wrong direction.

CPU: Core i7-2630QM
Graphics: GT 555M
6gb ram

And like i said before, it will not run the game on that resolution for some reason, as anything above 1280x720 crashes the game. Yes it is capable of running anything at that resolution as 1366x768 is the native resolution for this laptop
