Uninstall/reinstall the game keep stats?

If i Uninstall then reinstall the game steam keep stats?

Question 1 - Other words, if i format pc then install steam and download the game my stats will be there or they wil be reset?

Question 2 - I brought a mw3 cd-key. Can i use it to download the game every time i format my pc?

your level is stored via steam cloud so yes it will stay the same upon reinstall. I dont think single player progress is tho.

2: Yes! once you entered that cd key it is bound to your steam account and available to download where ever and when ever.
