Tradewinds: Any Good?

I've been looking at Tradewinds being on sale right now and was wondering if it's any good and what it plays like? I've played Westward Ho and kinda enjoyed it, that's all I really know about Sandlot Games.

dont be fooled by the cartoony gfx, they are actually quite micro management etc, and rather "complex" which is a good thing

Im liking the sandlot games I have bought so far, will avoid super granny games, too expensive too
