Freezes at game start

So yeah, it loads the menus fine but once I get into a game screen it just freezes. Im quite annoyed I paid for this and it doesn't work. I had Cossacks through steam and it works fine, no idea why this doesn't

Same here. All my cossacks and american conquest freeze
