Multiplayer with just the AI?

Hello,

First time gamer to F1 2011

I don't know if I'm just not doing something right, or if maybe the sim/game just doesn't support this.

I go to the Multiplayer area of F1 2011 and create a new session. I fill the other slots with AI players, and press the A button on my controller while the Ready to race is highlighted.

However, all I get is a sound out of F1, it won't seem to start the session. I've tried it both on Online as well as LAN but it's the same thing both types, just makes a sound when I click the A button but doesn't start the session.

Does F1 2011 not support one player against a field of AI player in multiplayer or am I doing something wrong setting it up?

Thanks

Hi CB

I think you need a minimum of 2 or 3 human players to start the race. My guess is that it's to stop stat padding and ranking online against only AI.

Also tried it to test and had to invite 2 mates to the race to get it started

That would make sense. Thank you for the information.
