Why is the patch universal? How could this happen?

My question is two part, One why is the same patch applied to all 3 systems, second how in the hell does a company that just released a potential game of the year(may be lost now) not have at least 3 different people hired to do nothing but in a 14 hour shift play their final patch release the day before releasing it? One for each system.

I was attempting to take the side that, well.. my game works completely besides magic resistance being completely screwed.. I could choose to be mad(and have a right to be) or I could just play another game(just bought battlefield 3 couldn't help it) and shrug it off.

But Now the former is taking place in regards to how I feel. I felt this game was brilliant and the way this is being handled and patched has left me thinking these developers stumbled upon greatness and are out to ♥♥♥♥ it up anyway they can, because they have absolutely no idea what they are doing apparently. If i was in this same debacle, and it is nearing the same debacle that RAGE occurred (ID software will never receive a dime from me again) I would have already posted to the forums what the living hell happened that made all this go so terrible wrong.

ANYTHING, some dude quit and f'd us over, or hey we didn't test this ♥♥♥♥ what so ever and we've learned our lesson now, expect a patch to fix it in..... anything. This is wrong, horribly horribly wrong.

Battlefield 3 has its own set of balancing issues. The SP and CO-OP can be fun to kill time. I would go to BF3 when B2K is out and the game is balanced correctly.

The patch is buggy and will probably make this game lose GOTY to a more polished game like Deus Ex:HR or Batman:AC.

I am going to be taking a break to play Batman myself. I am of a like mind when thinking how they don't have more testers? It's really just maddening.

Seven million copies sold at an average of $50 a pop across the three platforms, that's $350,000,000. Bethesda's cut of that has to be at least 10%...$35,000,000. And this is the best they can do to support the game? Absolute disgrace.

It's funny but yeah. I was willing to accept the constant CTDs, and lots of other annoying bugs, but now I found a really minor one after the patch that made me just stop wanting to play. The straw that broke the camel's back, as it were.

A game that could be so cool, far more than cool really, ruined by collosal bungling and mishandling...

I feel sorry for all the real artists and programmers that put their heart and soul into this project only to have it destroyed by soulless ladder climbing dbags who don't give a damn about anything but the bottom line.

Such is life, wasn't the first time, won't be the last.

what is more funny is Beth tries to down play real issues with the game.. noticed how they labeled most of the fixes "rare" yet many others including myself experience those "rare" glitches often. i'm still crashing to desktop at random times.. waiting for the rare CTD fix.

Beth doesn't know how to debug their code. i think that's the problem, all their games are the same. glitchy and buggy yet they act like they don't exist.

Better sort out you Pc delete you porn and your Trojans maybe you can run the Game then like me and 90%of all others with no problems.

7 reputable gaming sites reporting the same issues.

1.56 MILLION searches on google for "Skyrim 1.2 broken".

Bethsdas entire forum reporting consistent issues.

Total and complete confirmation on several bugs, you have them too, you just arent paying attention.

Sorry bud, but your little made up numbers mean exactly nothing.

The game is fantastic, but releasing a patch that does not even fix the issues it was created for, and adds several more severe bugs is not acceptable, period. (BTW, Gstaff from Bethsda has confirmed they are working on a fix for latest patch, even the DEVS seem to know there are issues, yet you refute that? Are you brain damaged?)

Take off those fanboi goggles, or, continue to assume the position, your call.
