DLC information please.

For once I have no complaints about the game, though the maps are a bit treyarch it's a great game and everything is working well.. For now.

I was hoping to get some information about the whole cod elite debacle.

There was no hardened edition for the pc, so they want us to pay full price for a service that doesn't yet and may never work. Elite users will get discounted (free with subscription) dlc monthley, we will have to wait and pay full price(?).

Does anyone know if and when steam will be supported? If subscription and/or dlc's will be discounted to reflect the difference in cost between console and pc? Maybe steam could offer the monthley dlc drop for a one of cost!?
