Don't worry it's not just blocked to other countries. They also thought it would be fun to put it on sale and block it from everyone.

Really? Cause I got it fine, as did a few people I know, and we are also from the USA. So they definitely didn't "block it everywhere". It's something you can go tell Steam Support about instead of the forums where no one can actually help you.
