0xc000007b Solution
Hi all. recently i came upon this problem and i have found the solution. im not sure if its already posted here or not but im gonna tell how to solve the problem. this is windows 7 64 bit. but im sure it would work for other OS.
physically delete all d3dx9_ dll files from system32 and syswow64 windows folders. Then Download and install dx9.0c. Took me awhile to find it but i finally did. |

You could probably have fixed the issue with a DX reinstall though.
