football manager 12, help with loading please!!!

Hi, I'm running windows 7 on my netbook and downloaded fm12, installation went fine. I double clicked on the desktop icon, after a few seconds nothing happened, I then double clicked again and it now says fm12 already running. I checked my taskbar and it was there, so ended the process and tried again and still getting the same prob. Just want to play the game and can't see where I am going wrong. Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Netbooks usually don't come with great graphics cards so it might be a problem there,i don't know.
"Supported Chipsets - Nvidia FX 5900 Ultra or greater; ATI Radeon 9800 or greater; Intel 82915G/82910GL or greater.
Earlier cards may only display 2D Match Viewer Mode and are not supported.
Earlier cards may require the DirectX 9.0 SDK is installed to run the game.
Laptop versions of these chipsets may work but are not supported."
Anyway,let it load a bit more.It doesn't instantly load for me either.

Try this mate:

- Open Steam and access your Games Library
- Right-click on Football Manager 2012 -> Properties -> General -> Set Launch Options
- Type this in the box: -small_screen -windowed
- Click on OK, close the window and launch FM12 through Steam
