For me:

Daedric Boots of the Firewalker.

70% fire resistance

found in King Olafs treasurery.

dont remember exact stats but I found some axe that drains a ton of stamina from enemy

+25% one handed damage ebony gauntlets.
That's actually the only piece of gear i've ever used from a dungeon drop; i craft everything else that i use.

Amulet of underwater breathing...but I screwed up and lost it!!!

Wasn't particularly "good", but I found this on some random bad guy and thought it was mildly amusing.

I think someone at Bethesda needs to look up the meaning of "Boots".

So far, I'd have to say it's my Sister Wife (Ebony Greatsword with a frost enchant already on it)

My favorite loot I've discovered thusfar has been a pair of Ebony boots, that fortifies my carry capacity by 40! It's come in handy quite often.
