M4 accuracy vs AK47 accuracy

Hey, as the m4 does slightly less damage and is unable to oneshot enemys with full health when armored it should as in all the other counter strike series have more accuracy then the ak47. I currently feel like it does not, and the ak47 is the superior gun and it does not balance.

My suggestion is to give the m4 more accuracy on the 2nd and maybe even 3rd bullet. The recoil should also be reduced, but only by around 1/6th or 1/7th of the current recoil. I believe that something around this can make the ak and m4 continue to be a weapon of personal choices due to accuracy vs the ability to oneshot on headshot against an armored enemy.
